6. Payment Terms

• Fees for our services are as described in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice
• Overdue accounts may result in suspension of services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAGBASE GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
