TAGBASE Selected for the DeepTech Launchpad National Pitch Event

We are excited to share that TAGBASE has been selected to participate in the national pitch event of the DT Launch Pad program, an initiative co-funded by the European Union. On 15 December 2025, ten Austrian deep tech startups will present their technologies at the accent Makerspace in Tulln, and only two will move on to the international stage of the program.

This national pitch is an important milestone for TAGBASE. Our mission is to stop global product counterfeiting and empower brands with authentic digital product identities using our dynamic NFC technology. Being part of the DeepTech Launchpad program highlights the deep technological foundation behind our work, as well as its strong relevance for global industry challenges.

Why This Event Matters

Counterfeiting continues to harm businesses and consumers across sectors like cosmetics, luxury goods, beverages, and electronics. TAGBASE offers a new generation of NFC authentication, powered by encrypted dynamic tags and real-time verification infrastructure. Every scan generates a new encrypted dataset, making the tag unclonable and highly secure.

Advancing to the international stage of the program would give us access to international deep tech mentors, global visibility at the Hello Tomorrow Summit in Amsterdam, and participation in the program’s Fundraising Fair. Opportunities like this help us accelerate our mission and connect with partners who share our vision for a more transparent and trustworthy product ecosystem.

Moving Toward the Big Day

We are currently finalizing the pitch and looking forward to showcasing how our dynamic NFC authentication technology supports brands, protects consumers, and enables a new era of product intelligence.
